Word Filled Wednesday

The day goes so much smoother when it begins with some time with the Lord. I always feel like I am so much more productive, stress-free, and contented when I have a quiet time first thing. I have never been very good reading my Bible in the morning, however! I had been doing well in the spring, but now that the lazy days of summer are here I've been neglecting my relationship with God. I need to make this verse my prayer! And now that I've said it out loud (well...wrote it), I've got some accountability. :)

LOOOOOOOVE this post!! It's so purty!! I also really connected with your words, because for the last three days I've got up before my family to have quiet time. I forgot how enjoyable it can be! It's so important to just be alone with God and listen. Well done!

I too have slacked alot on morning quite time. My time is usually in the evening doing my bible study. But He has been nudging me to come to Him first thing in the Morning. I won the Quiet Time Basket from Internet Cafe. I posted it on my blog Come take a look.

How true. My day isn't the same if I don't start in prayer.
